We are committed to processing your personal information with transparency, in respect of your rights and the obligations incumbent upon us under Quebec Law 25.
2. Personal Information Collected
In the course of your navigation on our website and your use of our services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

- Navigation and usage data — IP address, pages visited, browsing behavior, duration of visits, device type and browser. This information is collected automatically by third-party services present on our website (see section 4).
- Advertising and social identifiers — device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and identifiers associated with social media accounts, collected by Meta Pixel (Facebook) for targeted advertising purposes.

These processing activities are essential to compliance with Quebec Law 25.
- Targeted advertising and remarketing (legal basis: consent) — Meta Pixel (Facebook) collects device identifiers, your IP address, the pages you visit, your browsing behavior, transaction data, as well as advertising and social identifiers in order to present you with personalized advertisements on Meta platforms. This processing is activated only with your explicit consent.
- Optimized content display (legal basis: legitimate interest) — Google Fonts collects your IP address in order to provide you with the fonts necessary for the correct display of the website. This service is functional and contributes to the quality of your browsing experience.
- Communication and response to your requests (legal basis: consent / contract performance) — when you contact us directly, we use your contact information to respond to your request and ensure necessary follow-up.
We do not use your personal information for purposes incompatible with those described above without first obtaining your consent.

We enter into contractual agreements with our service providers requiring them to protect your personal information according to standards comparable to those imposed by Quebec Law 25.
5. Transfers Outside Quebec
Some of the third-party services we use process personal information outside Quebec, particularly in the United States. These transfers concern the following services:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook) — Meta Platforms, Inc. is established in the United States. Your device identifiers, your IP address, the pages you visit, your browsing behavior, your transaction data, as well as your advertising and social identifiers may be processed on servers located in the United States.
- Google Fonts — Google LLC is established in the United States. Your IP address may be transmitted to American servers when loading fonts.
In accordance with article 17 of Quebec Law 25, before proceeding with these transfers, we ensure that personal information benefits from adequate protection, in particular through the conclusion of contractual agreements with the service providers concerned or through the assessment of privacy impact factors (PIF) when required.
You are informed that the laws applicable in these foreign jurisdictions may differ from Quebec laws regarding the protection of personal information and may allow government authorities to access your information in certain circumstances.
The consent records managed by Moelleux (Horizon-Cumulus) are hosted in Quebec (OVH Beauharnois) and are not subject to any transfer outside Quebec territory.
6. Retention Period
We retain your personal information only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or to satisfy our legal obligations. Here is an overview of the applicable retention periods:

Upon expiration of retention periods, your personal information is destroyed securely or anonymized irreversibly.

- Right to data portability — You may request to receive, in a structured technological format that is commonly used, the personal information you provided to us, in order to transmit it to another organization if you wish.
- Right to withdraw consent — When the processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing carried out before this withdrawal. You can manage your cookie preferences directly via the Moelleux consent banner available on our website.
